Shipping & Delivery

We proudly ship all orders within 1 - 3 business days of placement. If an item sells out and becomes back ordered you will be informed of the shipping delay.

Domestic:
All domestic orders ship via via UPS or USPS depending on location.. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship orders. Once orders are processed, customers will receive an email confirming shipping along with a tracking number. Upon shipment, please allow 1-5 business days to receive. Please note: Tulum Oil is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Standard shipping: we charge a flat rate shipping & handling fee of $9
Unfortunately we do not ship Tulum Oil outside of the continental US at this time

Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within California at the local tax rate.

Payment Policy:
All orders must be paid in full with credit card prior to shipment. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay & PayPal
